Four things I’ve learned from Rick Warren’s “The Purpose Driven Life”

1.) "Being successful and fulfilling your life’s purpose are not at all the same thing; you can reach all your personal goals, become a raving success by the world’s standard and still miss your purpose in this life."

2.) “Those who follow the crowd usually get lost in it. I don’t know all the keys to success, but one key to failure is to try to please everyone.”

3.) "Humility is not thinking less of yourself; it is thinking of yourself less."

4.) "The purpose of influence is to speak up for those who have no influence. (Pr.31:8) It's not about you."

  1. When we find our purpose in life, we experience a transformation. Every day is valued because we know that waking up for that day has a meaning - a purpose to be fulfilled wholeheartedly. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! By the way, I'm also a blogger from Palawan. I found your blog while I was browsing bloggers who are located in Puerto Princesa (under their profile). Glad to see a kababayan here in blogger! hehe... :D 'Til then!
